Request our Free Estimate & Discovery

Let's get started on your transformative remodeling journey! Upon receiving your online request, rest assured that we will get in touch with you within a day to discuss your vision. This call allows us to understand your aspirations and preferences on materials like cabinet doors and countertops, as well as other integral aspects of your envisioned home transformation. We’ll also agree on a convenient time for an in-home consultation, and you’ll receive a friendly reminder on the day before the meeting.

2

Scheduling & Pre-Planning

The in-home consultation involves a deeper exploration of the project's scope, specific timelines, budget, and design style preferences. Simultaneously, we will capture photographs of the project area, take measurements, and discuss our payment schedule to work with your budget. These actions are fundamental to ensure a seamless journey ahead.

3

Estimation & Design

Following the consultation, we enter the estimation period—generally 5-7 business days, depending on the project's complexity. Our estimates are designed to be easy to comprehend, with each element meticulously itemized for your understanding.

Our dedicated design partners can assist you in creating the design blueprints for your envisioned changes. For kitchen and bathroom transformations specifically, we offer 3D designs to visualize your plans effectively. Rest assured, all designs adhere to local building code requirements. The culmination of this stage presents a clear, comprehensive project plan, leaving no room for ambiguity.

4

Proposal & Agreement

Next, we propose a detailed outline for your review, including the estimated budget, project timelines, and design selections. After your approval and receipt of the initial down payment, which usually averages 20% of the project size, we proceed to the construction phase.

5

Construction & Progress Management

With all the planning in place and the down payment received, we are ready to commence the construction phase. But first, we hold a Pre-Construction Meeting to discuss to finalize timelines, logistics, and expectations, thus paving the way for a smooth construction process. We prioritize keeping you informed with regular updates from your Project Manager throughout the entire construction process, minimizing disruptions to your everyday life.

We strategically install materials and use specific portions of your home for assembly, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace. Proportional progress payments are collected throughout this phase, linked directly to the detailed estimate shared before starting the process.

6

Project Completion, Final Touches & Warranty

Upon project completion, a final walk-through is conducted to unveil your beautifully transformed living space. We address any remaining tasks, ensuring that everything aligns with your expectations and that you're ultimately satisfied with the results.

Also included in the final stage is our commitment to the quality of our work, cemented with a 1-year warranty on the installations. We stand behind our projects - always. Your enjoyment of your beautifully updated home is our primary aim. We’ll request a review, take professional photos and videos of our projects, and offer a referral program to our happy customers.
