Our client who had the goal of renovating their home after a small fire. With a budget of 307k, they were looking to remodel the existing home and make it safer and ADA-friendly. The main concern was the age of the home and potential hazards, so we created a plan for a full gut renovation to bring everything up to code. This included new wiring and converting the tub into a curbless shower for wheelchair accessibility. The project took around three months to complete, which was within our expected timeframe. The outcome was a practically new home and the homeowners were very satisfied.
